How To Get A Natural Facelift Without Plastic Surgery

There are many inexpensive and less traumatic ways to get a facelift without plastic surgery.

Don't Sunbathe

Sun rays are very powerful. If you stay too long in the sun, it may permanently damage your skin. If you sun tan for a few minutes each day over a couple of years, you will notice that your skin will age significantly. Eventually, the quality of your skin will be proportional to the time you spent in the sun. Always use sun block that has a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of greater than 15.

Change Your Sleeping Position

Do not sleep with your face on your side or facing into the pillow. Wrinkles will eventually develop where the skin is stretched or dragged down by gravity. If you place your forehead down onto the pillow, lines will develop around your forehead. The best position is lying on your back will your face not pressed onto anything.

Cease Smoking

Smoking can increase the age of your skin by years. If you smoke for more than ten cigarettes a day, your skin will eventually become yellow, develop deep wrinkles and your skin will be leathery and loose.

Facial Exercise
